Happier Ahead Trail Challenger

Join us in this unique hike throughout the Happier Ahead Series! We've partnered with Trail Challenger to create this route that you can do with your family, care group, friends or pets! Once you complete the route, Trail Challenger will send our one-of-a-kind medal straight to you!

Step 1: Purchase Trail Access

The code will be sent to your e-mail address (check the "Junk" folder if you can't find it in your inbox).
Cost: $200, which includes:

1 custom Island ECC medal upon 100% completion of the trail within the Trail Challenger app
Access to the trail route

Step 2: Download App

Download the Trail Challenger App & Input your Code

Download the Trail Challenger App on the App Store / Google Play.
Open the App and swipe through the welcome pages.
On the top right hand corner, click "Redeem a Code".
Type in the unique code found in your e-mail.
Select the "Island ECC Happier Ahead" hike.
You'll be redirected to the Island ECC Happier Ahead page. Select "Redeem".
Select "Redeem Challenge" when you see the route and description.

Shipping & Payment

Input all your details, then select "Done".
Select your delivery option to have your medal shipped to you.
- Standard post is Free.
- If you prefer SF Express, it will be an additional HK$30.
Once the app shows that your payment has been successfully made, a message box will pop up with the title: "You've entered the challenge!".

Step 3: Enjoy the Hike!

Beginning the Trail

When you're ready to begin, select "Open Hike".
Head to the Start Zone in your map and select "Start".

Step 4: Get the Medal!

Finishing the Trail

When you get to the end, a box will pop up with a "100% Complete" message.
Select "Redeem Medal" when you're ready.
Confirm all your details and select "Redeem".
Trail Challenger will send you an e-mail when your medal has been dispatched.
When you've finished the whole process, you'll be redirected to the dashboard, and it will show that you've completed the challenge.
