Shannon moved to Hong Kong in 2001 to be a part of Island ECC, she is the mother of 4 kids ages 16-23. She is also the mom to two 6-year-old French bulldogs. She worked as the school nurse for HKIS for 10 years and currently serves as the Director of Community Outreach at Island ECC.
