Today we continue our series by looking at Psalm 95, which speaks of making a joyful noise to the Lord. (I'm greatly comforted to know that God is pleased with my voice, even though it truly sounds like "noise" to the earthly hearer!). The author will explain to us the greatest deterrent to living a life of worship. Knowing how to battle this "enemy of our soul" will greatly enhance our ability to live lives honouring to Him. I love this quote from C.S. Lewis: "The most valuable thing the Psalms do for me is to express the same delight in God which made David dance." Psalm 95 will help us do just that –– find delight in God.
