Isaiah’s prophecy that a child would be born to us and that He would be called Everlasting Father is a bit perplexing. How can a child be a father? Isaiah wasn’t speaking of the Fatherhood of God here, but rather an insight into the very heart of who we are as people… souls in need of rest.
