We have all experienced misunderstanding in our lives. The most painful ones are usually the ones that involve the misunderstanding of, or being misunderstood by, someone we love. The hurts can go deep and the relationship in jeopardy. In this sermon we will look at a guy name David and how he has been misunderstood by his boss (king) Saul. David has a clear conscience before God. However, Saul has misunderstood David to such an extent that Saul wants David dead. We will learn how David responds to such dire situation and perhaps we can learn something from his coping strategy.
