Envy is the greatest of the seven deadly sins. It is hidden and deceptive, but powerful. In fact, envy is the first sin after Adam and Eve’s first sin. But with contentment, there is great gain, the apostle Paul says. As we identify and root out comparison in our lives, freedom and joy can grow.
