People of God

As we begin 2025, let’s ponder how we can embody the theme of being people of God by making "walking with the poor" a core part of our lives. It’s more than just a resolution; it’s a commitment to living out our faith in tangible ways. Together, we can cultivate a community where compassion, humility and kindness flourish, reflecting the heart of Christ. Join us in this transformative journey as we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus!

WEEK FOUR

But First, Look Inside

Our default setting is to focus on the externals. We perform, we manage our reputations, we dress to impress. But so often, our focus on externals comes at a great expense. Our inner lives go untended..

WEEK THREE

What are you made for?

Too often our lives are simply a repeating rhythm of duty and relief. Work hard, so you can enjoy relief. But is that really God’s pattern for us? What were you really made for?.

WEEK TWO

Made to Worship

Most of us don’t think of worship as a skill to be developed. Are you a good worshipper? Consider making a goal of your 2025 to be a better worshipper of God.

WEEK ONE

Celebrating Good News

This message speaks to the value of making good life resolutions, rather than the more typical new year resolutions. The most important life resolution is being connected to God in Christ. The sermon gives a clear presentation of the gospel message of Jesus Christ.

Study Guide
