Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. —Matthew 5:16
Indonesia is home to the largest Muslim populace in the world as well as over 200 unreached people groups. The nation is working hard to tackle endemic corruption throughout society, including churches, and the spread of fanatical Islam inciting religious animosity. Christians face great challenges in the national Islamisation policies, which dominate believers by presence and by eradication. Island ECC partners with long-term missionaries and sends outreach teams to open up Indonesia as a mission field.
Our Indonesian partner serves one of the largest people group in the country, the Sundanese. They plant churches and build relationships with the Muslim communities in towns and villages in the surrounding areas.
