Xiao Xiao

Xiao Xiao is a seasoned leader with deep experience in global financial markets. Originally from Mainland China, she moved abroad to pursue her studies in mathematics and subsequently built an international career, holding senior roles with global investment banks in London and leading advisory and fintech work in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

In 2025, Xiao transitioned from her career in financial services to answer a call to full-time ministry. Currently, Xiao is serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Island ECC.

Xiao and her husband have attended Island ECC since 2017, where they actively serve in Alpha and children’s ministries. She has a deep passion for discipleship and evangelism, and loves using her professional experience and faith to serve others.
