Byron Cheung

Byron Cheung was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. During his college years, attending a church service for the very first time ignited a passion for worship within him.

After winning the championship in a major Hong Kong singing competition in 2015, Byron secured a record deal that led his move to Hong Kong. While his musical journey took an unexpected turn following the end of his contract in 2017, Byron discovered a deeper purpose in dedicating himself to serve his church and honing his skills as an audio engineer, a craft he developed at the Art Institute of Vancouver. Currently, he is pursuing an online degree in Songwriting at Berklee College of Music.

Beyond music, Byron is a devoted husband to Hannah and father to Myles, who bring him immense joy. He is also a coffee-nerd, gear-head, home-chef, and lover of all things music.
