Jesus said in John 10:10 that He has come that we may have life, and have it to the full. But the reality confronting many believers is a gap between the life we know we are supposed to have in Christ Jesus, and the lives we are actually living. We want to be close to God, and yet we do not always know how.
If you have ever wondered how you can be closer to God, join this 4-week study as we learn to live out our calling as redeemed, beloved child of God by exploring how to approach bible reading and prayer in a way that deepens our relationship with God.
In these 4 weeks, we will cover:
- Relating to God through His word
- Prayer as Conversation
- Hearing God’s voice
- Knowing God’s love in doubts and disappointments
This 4-week study is the first of a 5-part redemptive journey called REDEEMED, where we will invite God and His power to set us free from the deep-seated beliefs that prevent us from experiencing the fullness of life as Jesus has promised. The REDEEMED series includes:
- Part 1: Drawing near to God
- Part 2: Redeeming Past Hurts
- Part 3: Handling Expectations in Life
- Part 4: Inviting God into our relationships
- Part 5: Vocation and purpose
Each of the modules will consist of 3-4 studies. The modules can be attended in sequence or as individual courses. Part 2-5 of the series will be offered in 2027.
Who is this for?
Believers who want a closer relationship with God and to learn to live with the fullness Jesus promised. The study is suitable for individuals but also for entire care groups to join together (registration required for every group member).
