Date: November 8 & 15, 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Venue: 10/F Classroom
Facilitator: Ps. Albert Ng
Description:
After Jesus ascended into the heavens, the number of disciples grew tremendously. The early church was born! The Book of Acts describes what the early believers did, how they organized themselves, and how they solved problems as they arise. While the gospel was advancing rapidly, persecution followed. The disciples persisted, and the gospel advanced further into the Roman society!
In this 2-week course, we will go through the Book of Acts chapter 1-12 to trace how the early believers faced the persecutions and how God redeemed the situation in order to bring the gospel from the Jewish society to the Gentiles. This period of time forms the necessary foundation for Paul’s missionary efforts that follows (chapter 13 onward).
Who is this for?
For everyone who wants a better understanding of the history of the early church.
