Wisdom in the Weave: shaping the city with God
As women in the workplace, we wrestle with many issues that make us feel off-balance a lot of the time
- Is there more to my work than making a living?
- Can the Good News truly shift a Broken Place?
- Am I living in God's plan for my life? How will I know?
- How can I practise the Presence of God in a largely Godless environment?
- How to be fruitful even in barren landscapes?
These questions and wrestlings are very real. We want to explore these questions deeply, relevantly and thoroughly through the lens of what Jesus has revealed to us.
- What does our identity rest on?
- Whose definition of productivity or competence rules our lives?
- What is true productivity in work and life?
- What reward is worth sacrificing for?
- What Story is worth living for and what has my work got to do with it?
- Who am I doing all this for and for what?
We pray that you'll live well for the Master, making him proud of you as you work hard in his orchard. As you learn more and more how God works, you will learn how to do your work.

Important
This season, we will be in small groups again. As such, we hope you will only register if you can commit to show up for all sessions to the best of your ability. We want to show up not just for ourselves but for the others in the group and be a support to each other.
Registration will close on Wednesday, 2 Sep 2026 to give us time to register your name at our meeting location (requirement). Attendance of the Introduction session on the 10 Sep 2026 will ensure your registration for the rest of the season. See you there.
