Hope of the City // Associate Director of Partnership Development

The Associate Director of Partnership Development will lead efforts to identify, on-board, and sustain strategic partnerships that advance Hope of the City’s vision and expansion. This role involves developing collaborative relationships with community organisations, churches, corporations and donors, to secure funding and cultivate collaborations. The ideal candidate will design and implement partnership strategies, coordinate cross-organizational projects, and represent the organisation at key events. This position reports to the Director and plays a critical role in expanding the organization’s impact through effective partnerships.  Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. The candidate should be a degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experiences, fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is needed and a heart for the disenfranchised in Hong Kong.
