Who's it for:
This study is about 5 months and designed for women who wish to invest a lunchtime (by Zoom) to learn for themselves what the Bible says. It is a small group (less than 15), we will discuss, fellowship and pray together. The book is inductive bible study, which means questions are posed and we answer the questions ourselves to learn what the Bible is saying to us. There will be a facilitator, but we learn by reading slowly and thinking of the answer. We understand people are busy but we ask you to attend with commitment.
Requirement:
Registrants are required to attend the study regularly. Space is limited to ensure a good learning environment. A book will be given there upon registration. Accept registration even after the start of the study.

Description of the study:
When painful or frustrating circumstances invade your life, it's easy to wonder why. Why does life so often seem unfair? Why doesn't our all-powerful God stop the pain and suffering-not just for you-but for all His children. The truth is, we live in a fallen world filled with fallen people, and we cannot escape hardship and pain. Somehow difficult times are a part of God's plan and they serve His purposes. In this study we'll examine what the Bible says about suffering and why God allows it. Through the stories of many who persevered through times of testing, we'll discover how to find joy even when life seems unfair. We'll learn how to handle loss while glorifying God in the midst of our pain. And we'll find the peace that comes from trusting in the One whose strength is made perfect in our weakness.
