Divorce and Separation Support Group
Date: Thursdays, October 24 - December 12, 2024 (8 weeks)
Time: 7:30 - 9:30pm
Venue: Island ECC 8/F Living Room
Lead Facilitator: Pearl Chan
Divorce and separation bring deep hurts and raise complex issues. This support group combines video sessions with group discussions led by safe, caring leadership who have experienced this personally and moved to places of health. You will find people who share the same kind of experiences and feelings with you, and move toward better understanding and recovery.
Grief and Loss Support Group
Date: Thursdays, September 19 - October 24, 2024 (6 weeks)
Time: 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Venue: 8/F Living Room
Lead Facilitators: Selina Sou, LCMHC; and Priscilla Kwong, M.A. Counseling
Grief can affect our thinking, emotions, and relationship with others. If you (or someone you care about) have experienced loss and the accompanying grief, this six-week group offers a safe space to share with and learn from others in a supportive environment.
