We are looking for a team member with a heart for women of all walks of life. This individual will build and connect with networks of women to engage, train and raise leaders. Not only will they develop strategic plans for equipping women & support their spiritual growth but also expand the ministry reach to women outside of Island ECC by developing and executing on outreach and digital media communications. The candidate is an effective communicator in verbal and written forms with excellent interpersonal skills, tech savvy (ideally with experience with content creation in Canva) and able to work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers and ministry partners. Bachelor's graduates preferred and experience in event planning, marketing and/or ministry leadership is highly desirable.
