In his experience in business and motivated by the guiding principle that his company should “glorify God and bring benefit to mankind”, James Chong has a very engaging story to tell and some key advice for Business as Mission (BAM). Often, many Christians are faced with real challenges in involving their faith with their businesses and on how to let God take control of all the moving parts. Based on years of experience of, and faithfulness to God’s guidance, James provides key strategies and practical advice to let God guide your company to achieve BAM and maintain increasing success in business. He advocates a “do more with less” model of BAM to enable businesses to be models of God’s work, to reach out in mission to the world, and to flourish in the process.
Speaker Bio:
James Chong is the Chairman of the Union of the Swatow Christian Churches, a director of Alliance Bible Seminary, and member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. For 24 years, he was the managing director of a successful computer company and is at present a business advisor to a medical device company.
