Senior Coordinator of Outreach

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator of Outreach Ministries who carries a vibrant passion for the lost, a heart for sharing the gospel, and a love for cross-cultural ministry to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our Global Outreach team. Key responsibilities include:

Short-Term Outreach (STO) Trips: Managing travel bookings, participant applications, budget reconciliations, and promotional scheduling for ~10 trips per year, while serving as the point of contact for leaders and donors.

Supported Partners & Member Care: Managing partner applications, processing disbursements, editing monthly prayer updates, and coordinating care packages and partner visits.

Love Offering Campaign: Handling committee meeting logistics, processing beneficiary applications and payments, and coordinating the annual campaign brochure.

Alpha & Local Outreach: Managing Alpha course promotions and retreat bookings, supporting church-assisted refugee families, and assisting with church-wide events like Missions Sunday.

The ideal candidate is a degree holder with 2 years of relevant experience, has strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a servant heart. You are comfortable managing administrative workflows, basic AV setup, and the enthusiasm to step in and lead mission trips when needed. Candidates with less experience will be considered at the Coordinator level, with room to grow within the team.
