One of the biggest barriers in sharing the gospel with people of other faiths, particularly Muslims, is their conviction that the Bible has been corrupted to such a degree that it is difficult or impossible to be certain about the original message. Such scepticism does not diminish when Christians assert, “The Bible says...”. This class presents the case that the Bible is a trustworthy record of actual events - a matter of specific importance in dialogue with people of other faiths or no faith at all. As a consequence, we hope your spiritual life will be enriched and you will be eager to share the gospel.
Lincoln Loo has been attending Island ECC since mid-2005. He has been sharing the gospel with Muslims and training and equipping Christians to do likewise since 2006. He is in the final stages of completing his PhD in Islamic Studies at Melbourne School of Theology’s Arthur Jeffery Centre for the Study of Islam.
