University Ministry Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our church staff as University Ministry Coordinator. This position will work closely with our young adult ministry to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for university students through pastoral care and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and events that engage university students in spiritual growth and community building. S/he will also recruit and train volunteers to assist with ministry programs and events, and collaborate with other ministry leaders to ensure a seamless integration of the University Ministry into the overall church community as well as build relationships with local universities and other organizations to establish partnerships and outreach opportunities.

A passion for student evangelism and discipleship, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people required. 2 years experience working with student groups or in a university setting necessary. Fluency in English and Cantonese necessary, Mandarin a plus.
