Senior Coordinator of Ministry Support

We are looking for a friendly and energetic person with a heart to serve to join our Ministry Support team full-time in providing administrative and logistical support for our Sunday services, ministry events and facility use. In particular for public events and ministry events, this position will be the point of contact and coordination with ministry leaders, external event organisers, administrative team and church's operation team on event planning and scheduling, floors planning, set up, tear down, third party contractors servicing, billing and payments. This person will also be a staff member on duty during events and sunday services.

The successful candidate will possess an eye for detail, strong multi-tasking / cross reference skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Problem solving and organization skills required. The ability to be hospitable while exercising logistical judgment is an asset. Fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. University degree holder with minimum 1-3 year of experiences preferably in Event Operation & Management / Office management / Hospitality / Customer service relations preferred.
