Anyone who has faced loss and resulting grief, or would like to learn how to better support a loved one.
Description:
In today’s changing world, everyone faces various kinds of loss and grief - such as when a friend or colleague moves away, when stability is lost (such as during the pandemic), when you move to something new, and certainly in the death of a loved one. Grief can affect our thinking, emotions, and relationship with others. If you (or someone you care about) have experienced loss and the accompanying grief, this six-week group offers a safe space to share with and learn from others in a supportive environment.
Format:
Short video, topical discussion and sharing.
