Graphic Design Assistant (Freelance)

We are looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to make God's church beautiful and communicate His truth visually to inspire, inform and captivate. This freelance position will assist the development of multi-purpose graphic design initiatives and visual content for online and offline communication channels within the pre-set timelines & budget. This includes designing a wide range of ministry promotional / marketing materials, including and not limited to advertisements, posters, flyers, marketing collateral in line with Island ECC design guidelines, values and aesthetics. This person should be able to handle projects from concept to artwork production independently, liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure output quality while collaborating with creative and ministry teams to achieve objectives. The candidate should be a degree holder in graphic design or related disciplines with 2-3 years solid experience working on a variety of projects including brand identity, illustration, infographic, pattern and packaging in creative agency or in house environment. A keen eye for details is essential and proficiency in major graphic design software e.g. illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign with Mac experience required. Fluent English and Cantonese needed.
