Peter committed to Christ over 30 years ago but met great opposition from his family, who were worshippers of traditional Chinese religions. The experience was so difficult that Peter eventually stopped going to church. God, however, continued to pursue Peter through sending his people as professionals and trusted friends. As Peter was recovering from treatment for cancer, a student sent him a card that asked him to go to Alpha and from there, many of his intellectual challenges were addressed. As he looked back at his life, Peter realised how much God was committed to him even when we was not committed to God. Peter recommitted his life to God and seeks to be a blessing to others.
