Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support HR operations tasks including but not limited to staff movement, compensation and benefits administration and reporting.
This team member will also assist with maintaining staff records, personal files, leave records and assist in work visa applications but also engage in the recruitment process, post jobs, source and screen candidates and set up interviews.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a great sense of confidentiality, flexibility and the ability to think on their feet and provide solutions. The candidate is a degree holder with at least three years of work experience preferably in Human Resources Management, fresh graduates are also welcome and will be considered. Fluency in English language is required and Chinese Word Processing is a plus as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.

Senior Coordinator of Care Group Ministry

We are looking for a full-time staff member that will provide administrative and logistical support to our Care Group ministry. This candidate will provide support to care group leaders / new congregants and will be organizing events & retreats all throughout the year to foster fellowship, community and leadership. This team member will have the chance to contribute to care group studies and curriculums. This position requires strong communication & interpersonal skills and great organizational skills. The candidate should be a degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or client facing occupations, tech savvy and possess the ability to multitask. Fluency in both English and Cantonese required. Mandarin is appreciated.

Fundraising Director

The Bold Faith team is looking for a mature leader to spearhead Bold Faith's fundraising and donor engagement strategy and initiatives. This individual will help deepen strategic relationships with potential donors (including those within and outside of the church).  Not only being the key contact with different stakeholders (foundations, family offices, high-net worth individuals, and church advocates) to meet Bold Faith fundraising targets, but also empower others by executing programs and activities to engage in our Bold Faith mission. High School Leader

We are currently seeking for a High School Leader who will work with the Youth Team to help provide both ministerial and practical support to the youth of Island ECC, particularly those in High School (grade 9 to 12), and to assist in effectively reaching un-churched and non-Christian youth of Hong Kong. This includes planning of services, teaching and lesson planning for weekly small groups meetings and events, leading youth camps, participating in speaking engagements and organizing city-wide events with the goal to assimilate the Youth in the church community and outreach around schools in Hong Kong.

This individual is a degree holder, Seminary / Youth Ministry / Youth Work preferred with minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experiences, open to candidates with internships or part-time / volunteer experiences. An approachable, high energy and relevant personability is needed to outreach youth in ways that form disciples of Christ. Culturally literate and open to work with youth and volunteers from different denominational backgrounds. The candidate must be flexible and well versed in social media communication tools. Fluency in English; Cantonese speaking ability is beneficial.

Hope of the City // Program and Communication Coordinator

The Programs and Communication Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring Hope of the City's programs while managing external communications. This role involves coordinating project activities, engaging with beneficiaries, and ensuring timely reporting. This team member will develop communication materials on different platforms, including newsletters, engaging social media content, and annual reports, to foster communication with our community and promote the organization’s mission and impact. Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should be a degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experiences and fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Hope of the City // Associate Director of Partnership Development

The Associate Director of Partnership Development will lead efforts to identify, on-board, and sustain strategic partnerships that advance Hope of the City’s vision and expansion. This role involves developing collaborative relationships with community organisations, churches, corporations and donors, to secure funding and cultivate collaborations. The ideal candidate will design and implement partnership strategies, coordinate cross-organizational projects, and represent the organisation at key events. This position reports to the Director and plays a critical role in expanding the organization’s impact through effective partnerships.  Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. The candidate should be a degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experiences, fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is needed and a heart for the disenfranchised in Hong Kong
