Reconciling with Your Past
In Acts 17 we read, “Now while Paul was waiting for them at Athens, his spirit was being
provoked within him as he was observing the city full of idols. So he was reasoning in the
synagogue with the Jews and the God-fearing Gentiles, and in the market place every day
with those who happened to be present.”
The term apologetics comes from the Greek Apologia, which means “defense” or “answer”
to give a defense of the Christian Faith.
Today we have the privilege to listen to two of the top Christian apologists in the world, Ravi
Zacharias and Stuart McAllister. This week, these men have outreached and trained all
around Hong Kong and today they teach us from the Word of God.
Our prayer this day for you is that you would meet our Lord and Saviour in a very special
way, and that you would fall more in love with Him as you see Him more clearly through the
teaching of God’s Word.
