Advice on Understanding Mystery

Proverbs 30:1-33
The book of Proverbs is composed of those sayings of the wise king Solomon, who ruled the nation of Israel. According to 1 Kings 4:32, Solomon “spoke three thousand proverbs.” The whole collection of these wise, simple sayings has a way of speaking to us as everyday people. They are applicable to all people at any period in history. This message focuses on one section of this treasure of wisdom authored by another “sage.” His name is Agur. We know little about him other than what we know from chapter 30 of Proverbs, but his inspired words have special significance for us in today’s world.
