Mongolia is a nation in rapid transformation as its mining industry has brought it considerable wealth at the cost of its natural environment. Coming out of over 70 years of communism, Mongolia is finding its soul again and many have returned to Buddhism, which has been re-established as its national religion. Island ECC works alongside long-term partners and sends mission teams out to sustain Mongolia’s Christian heritage and raise up a generation of Christian leaders for this beautiful nation.

Long-Term Partnership

We support 2 individuals serving in Ulaanbaatar who work with young children. One is a foster mom to 5 previously neglected children and the other serves as a mentor to the youth leaving the state-run orphanages.
