God has given each of us different gifts that we can use in service of others. Using a range of assessments in this course, you will explore your unique strengths, as well as discover how to apply them in church and workplace contexts.
Week 1: The Church

This week we will talk about spiritual gifts, how we use them, and the concept of vocation and calling. We will see what the Bible has to say about serving God in the church community and in the world.
Week 2: Your Strengths
After taking a character strengths assessment you will gain a better understanding of your own character strengths, what drives and motivates you. We will look at how to bring your character strengths to bear to enhance your roles in both church and the workplace.
Week 3: The Marketplace
Looking at the popular DISC profile theory, we will help you understand your own profile, and explore how this tool can help people understand themselves (learning how to work at your best) and others (learning how to work better with others) in their workplaces.
