Who it's for:
This two-part seminar is for all who have been or are being impacted by some loss during Covid-19.

Description:
Covid-19 has significantly changed our lives, with most of us running a marathon we were not prepared for.  The impact has been unrelenting with cancellations, suspensions, quarantines and inconveniences.  We have all experienced losses and these have brought into most of our lives the processes of grief.

In ways, this global pandemic has united us on our planet as we all struggle with the obvious, collective impact. However, this lengthy season has not been a homogenous experience.  There are unseen and unheard stories that are being carried, with some suffering beyond what seems tolerable.

We want to help you personally with what you have faced and are currently facing - in your family connections, with your friends, in your jobs, with your health, with travel curtailed, with your finances, with important decisions, with choices for the future, with lost opportunities, with new ventures, with fears and anxiety.

These sessions are designed for participants to understand the dynamics of stress, loss, and grief so that they can better understand their unique situation and how to personally move in more productive ways to health and well-being.

Format:
Online dialogue with insights and principles by facilitators follows by Q&A.
