Join us for the 2012 Annual Island ECC Men's Conference as we welcome special guest Dr. Ted Roberts of Pure Desire Ministries International. Over the course of two days, we will explore what the Bible says about leading strong lives and how to foster healthy marriages and healthy sexuality, tackling some of the toughest issues that men, in particular, face.

Dr. Roberts came to the Lord as a fighter pilot during the Vietnam War. He was called to the Pastoral ministry after his return to the United States. He entered seminary, completing his masters at Asbury Theological Seminary and his doctorate at Western Conservative Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in a multiplicity of ministries, from chairman of the Theology department at a Bible College, Staff Pastor, Director of a Counselling Ministry, Senior Pastor of East Hill Church for 22 years, to his present position as Founder of Pure Desire Ministries International. He is the author of Failing Forward, For Men Only: The Courageous Fight For Healthy Sexuality, Pure Desire, Living Life Boldly, Going Deeper which he co-authored with Pam Vredevelt, Sexy Christians, co-authored with his wife, Diane, and his latest release Top Gun.
