Brett is undoubtedly the best Senior Pastor that the church has ever had. (And given that he is the ONLY one they've ever had, he is also the worst)
Brett and his wife, Shannon, moved to Hong Kong in August 2001 to take on the role of pastor. He is originally from Lubbock, Texas, and often marvels at how far from home (literally and figuratively) he is in Hong Kong. He has his Masters of Theology (ThM) degree from Dallas Seminary, and has served with Campus Crusade for Christ for 6 years, as well as being an associate pastor in Memphis, Tennessee for 5 years before moving to Hong Kong.
Brett loves tennis, sometimes to idolatrous levels. He also loves his four great kids, Abby, Hudson, Mary Grace (2 names, 1 kid), and Zane. Kids from A to Z, get it? He and his wife of 20 years met while at Texas Tech University, and he considers her attraction to him the 2nd greatest display of mercy in his life (if you have to ask what is number one, you really, really need to come to church) For fun, it's tennis, the beach, good (and not so good) movies, and hanging with the family.
